This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to GradingMaster, provided by GRADINGMASTER LTD (company number 17438283, 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX). Payments and refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.
If you are not satisfied with GradingMaster, you may request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 14 days of that payment. We will refund it, no questions asked. Once refunded, your licence is deactivated.
We also offer a free 14‑day trial so you can evaluate the Software before subscribing. We encourage you to use the trial to make sure GradingMaster is right for you and your host applications (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
Subscriptions renew automatically each year. You can cancel auto‑renewal at any time before your renewal date so you are not charged for the next year. If a renewal has already charged you and you would like a refund, message us within 7 days of the renewal and we will refund it; your licence is then deactivated. Otherwise your licence stays active until the end of the term you have already paid for.
Email support@gradingmaster.com from the address you used to purchase, with your order or receipt details. We usually respond within two working days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method by Paddle.
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you may have a statutory right to cancel a purchase of digital content within 14 days. Where you ask us to provide the Software immediately and acknowledge that you lose this cancellation right once download/activation begins, that statutory right may not apply — but our 14‑day money‑back guarantee above still does. This policy does not affect any mandatory legal rights you have that cannot be waived.
